Services will be provided by our visiting Technician wherein the machine/equipment will be cleaned and adjusted and during running condition all parameter will be inspected & preventive maintenance will be made.
Any emergency repair calls between scheduled visits will be provided FREE OF CHARGE.
Repair / replacement of all faulty parts and trouble shooting of the Sub-Assemblies will be done by MOP representative only.
In case major repair or programming of equipments the same to be done when required.
Defective and worn out parts will be replaced at extra cost.
There will be no charges for labor on repair jobs. Only the cost of the parts will be charged.
Service charges to be paid in advance. Servicing will commence upon receipt of payment.
The contract remains in force unless cancelled by either party upon thirty day’s written notice.
Apart from above, our technical staff always available to attend to the complaints of our clients and try their best to rectify the problems being faced with their office equipments on line if possible, otherwise visit and attend personally to their complaint for the rectification of the error at their sites and in case the machine needs repair and replacement of necessary parts the machine / equipment is sent to our Workshop for its necessary repair work. However, faults / error beyond control of our technician have to be rectified at our workshop.
